Phishing attempt

Quilvest Capital Partners (“QCP”) has been made aware of a recent spate of phishing attempts where individuals are impersonating QCP employees and fraudulently using the QCP brand in an attempt to deceive third parties and make them invest into fake investment opportunities (such as, but not limited to, a fake product called “Hydrosphere 7”).  We take this matter very seriously as we want to ensure that any such third-party is well-informed and protected.

If you are uncertain about the legitimacy of an email or communication you receive that appears to be from QCP, please do not hesitate to reach out to your regular QCP contact, or to send an email to our official IR email address investorrelations@quilvestcapital.com;  If you suspect that an email or text message you received is a phishing attempt, please (i) do not open it, (ii) delete it immediately, (iii) do not download any attachments, (iv) never click on links that appear in the message, (v) do not reply to the sender and (vi) please report it to us.

In light of these attempts, QCP is taking proactive steps to protect its brand’s identity and digital presence. We have intensified security measures, and we are actively working with law enforcement agencies to address this issue.

If you have any queries or concerns regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us directly at communication@quilvestcapital.com. Your vigilance and cooperation are invaluable in preventing these attempts from affecting our investor community.

QCP shall not be liable for any sort of loss or damage arising from the fraudulent use of its name by any third party, whether directly or indirectly.
